## Job description
- 完成个人开发酒店签约指标。具备谈判和异议处理能力；
- 寻找物业信息，包括物业的地理位置、周边市场条件、建筑结构、面积、改造条件、业主情况、产权状况，并调研周边酒店房价、出租率等经营信息。
- 能积极协调项目设计、经营考察，主动推进业务签约。
- 按流程要求实施项目签约；协助对接业主，完成签约后续各种协调事宜。
- 主动总结，积极学习各种业务知识，不断提高业务开发

### 有酒店开发经验
- 具备寻访酒店业主或老板的能力，通过个人能力和酒店老板建立联络， 能通过酒店投资回报分析、收益分析等酒店运营方法挖掘需求，为商家提供经营方案。

### 有酒店线上营销经验或酒店运营经验可以转型做开发
- 清楚如何做线下营销（occ、adr、revpar之间的关系及如何提升） 清楚如何做线上营销（uv、订单、转化率等线上运营数据指标之间的关系及如何提升）。
- 具备良好的商业判断能力，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推动能力，。
- 能够吃苦耐劳，适应出差。 美团酒店2022年成立“品牌项目”，通过整店/整层翻新改造,毛坯改造以及流量/运营扶持，提升酒店产品竞争力和收益增长,公司内部的新项目、未来潜力大，机会多、薪资和挑战空间大！
