## Job description

负责提升自动驾驶数据闭环能力，结合自动驾驶模型算法的设计与迭代流程，建设高效的数据分析系统与工具。具体职责包括数据分析与挖掘、数据检索与标签系统搭建、数据的修复与生产、从数据维度出发的模型效果闭环提升等。 1、具备良好的工程开发能力。熟练使用一门编程语言包括不限于C++、Python等。 2、具备良好的系统设计能力。能够理解、拆解、梳理需求并根据需求设计系统解决方案，合理考虑长短期需求，进行模块拆分和技术选型，能够完成系统的实现。对自己负责的项目的提出动机和技术细节清晰。 - 能加入一个高水平研发团队，快速成长。团队成员来自清华、北大、中科院等知名高校。在工作中强调思考，尊重事实和逻辑，是一个能够快速成长的工作环境； - 能创造社会价值，参与改变未来的技术革新。拥有丰富的业务场景，推动无人车这一前沿技术在各场景下落地
