## Job description

### 网络路由规划
- 基于开城覆盖及业务发展节奏，设计最优中心仓大网网络，通过对仓网结构设计和调拨频次研究，提升整体物流率约能力降低物流成本；

### 仓库布局规划
- 城市仓仓内品类及动线规划，建立评估仓容规划的标准模型和方法论，建立开搬扩策略运营流程，协同内外部完成计划制定，提升仓内综合运营效率；

### 系统流程规划
- 基于业务发展需要，设计物流系统规划方法及流程标准并不断升级迭代，包括项目进度、资源分配、风险评估，物流系统进行测试和验收，确保系统功能和性能符合需求；

### 物流计划
- 商家商品的采购入库计划、物流产能计划协同，商品库存健康监控和协同，提升商流与物流资源匹配的健康度。

### 物流仓配服务商寻源
- 仓库及3PL服务商寻源，结合业务开城需求，寻找符合业务画像的服务商，不断调整服务商结构，迭代寻源流程。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备物流规划经验，需独立负责过较为复杂的物流规划项目；
- 逻辑性强，能清晰洞察项目本质，能输出可执行落地的物流规划方案；
- 需深度掌握物流规划方法论，需在网络规划、系统流程、库内布局某一或多个方向有深度的项目经验；
- 具备行业视角，能够对整个物流行业有深度洞察。 物流核心业务方向，业务管理模块跨度大，能快速提升个人综合能力。
