## Job description
- 负责核心本地商业在AI方向的战略制定，促进共识，通过行业、市场、生态进行深度分析，为核心本地商业的AI战略规划提供研判和决策支持；
- 协同算法、工程、产品团队，推动AI能力与核心业务场景高效融合；
- 追踪全球大模型技术趋势，研判竞争格局与创新方向，识别颠覆性机会与潜在风险；
- 基于技术与商业理解筛选AI创新方向，制定技术投入优先级与资源分配策略。
- 深度参与过互联网公司内AI项目，或具备AI领域创业经验；
- 对AI行业有热情、有理解、有判断，能够把握行业趋势；
- 熟悉AI关键技术栈，能拆解技术原理与商业价值，对于行业目前的主流技术方向、评测模式、数据生产方式有理解；
- 极强的商业敏感度，能够结合业务场景设计AI解决方案（需提供过往案例）；
- 出色的跨部门协调能力，可驱动技术、产品、业务团队高效协作。
- 本科及以上学历，不限专业，计算机、数据科学方向优先。 1. 战略视角紧贴本地生活交易场景，业务一线需求即时反馈； 2. 技术链路全程跟进，直接落地大模型能力。
