## Job description
- 主导后台产品优化项目，提升沙特地区外卖管理系统的运营效率与系统可扩展性。
- 分析系统瓶颈，协同产研团队设计并实施流程改进方案。
- 建立数据驱动的评估体系，持续优化商家及供应链运营效能。
- 推动自动化工具落地，减少人工操作环节，提升整体组织效率。
- 跨部门协作，确保后台功能迭代与业务目标及用户需求对齐。 ------
- Led the backend product optimization project to enhance operational efficiency and system scalability of the Manager System in Saudi Arabia.
- Analyzed system bottlenecks and collaborated with product and engineering teams to design and implement process improvement solutions.
- Established a data-driven evaluation framework to continuously optimize merchant and supply chain operations.
- Promoted the implementation of automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Facilitated cross-departmental collaboration to ensure backend feature iterations align with business goals and user needs.
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上产品运营、后台系统优化或运营效率提升相关经验。
- 具备B端或中后台系统效率改进的成功案例，熟悉流程自动化方法论。
- 擅长通过数据分析定位问题，并能提出系统性解决方案。
- 英语流利，阿拉伯语能力优先（适应本地市场协作需求）。
- 有中东市场（尤其是沙特）工作经验者优先考虑。 -------
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in product operations, back-end system optimization, or operational efficiency improvement.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency in merchant or CRM systems, with strong familiarity in process automation methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying problems through data analysis and capable of proposing systematic solutions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus (to meet local market collaboration needs).
- Candidates with prior work experience in the Middle East market (especially Saudi Arabia) will be given preference.
