## Job description
- 负责制定并实施面向内外部的业务培训项目，助一线蓝领群体快速掌握对应技能。
- 设计并优化培训课程体系，包括组织资源、标杆体系等开发，确保培训内容贴合业务实际需求。
- 组织并独立交付线下及线上培训活动，包括培训授课、现场答疑及效果跟踪，保障培训质量与参与度。
- 收集学习活动反馈，分析培训效果，持续改进培训方案，提升客户满意度和业务转化率。
- 团队内外紧密协作，推动培训成果在业务场景中的落地应用。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备3-5年业务培训或相关领域工作经验。
- 熟悉培训体系搭建与课程设计，有外训或客户培训经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的表达与沟通能力，能够清晰传递复杂业务信息，适应高频次出差及对外授课。
- 具备较强的项目管理和跨团队协作能力，能独立推进培训项目全流程。
- 利用AI工具辅助课程开发、知识萃取与学习数据分析，能够基于业务场景设计智能化培训方案，提升培训效率与个性化学习体验。
- 加入快速发展的零售品牌，参与全国门店网络扩张与运营升级。
- 拥有完善的培训体系支持与职业发展通道，助力个人专业能力提升。
- 团队氛围开放包容，鼓励创新与持续学习。
