## Job description
- 负责体演KA客户的开发与维护，制定并执行客户拓展计划，达成销售目标。
- 深入了解客户需求，提供定制化解决方案，推动项目落地与长期合作。
- 协调内部资源，包括产品、运营、技术等团队，确保客户项目顺利实施。
- 定期分析客户数据与市场动态，优化客户策略，提升客户满意度与留存率。
- 善于利用AI工具辅助客户分析、商机挖掘和销售策略制定
- 大学本科以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上业务开发或大客户销售经验，有体演、体育、文化类行业背景者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和商务谈判技巧，能独立推进项目进展。
- 工作城市为上海市，能适应一定频率的客户拜访与出差安排。
- 具备数据驱动思维，能利用智能化工具提升拓展效率
- 加入快速发展的业务团队，拥有广阔的职业成长空间。
- 接触行业头部客户，积累高质量资源与项目经验。
- 公司提供完善的培训体系与激励机制，支持个人能力提升与业绩突破。
- 拥抱AI技术变革，与智能化工具深度融合
