## Job description
- 负责沙特外卖业务的整体经营分析，搭建并完善核心指标体系，并定期产出经营分析报告追踪业务健康度，及时识别经营问题或经营风险，为管理层提供决策弹药。
- 持续追踪沙特市场的宏观大盘与竞争态势，深入开展行业调研与用户洞察，能够跳出现有框架，在当前业务模式及跨业态中敏锐捕捉新的增长机会点。
- 深入挖掘用户、商户数据，洞察沙特市场的本地化特征与供需匹配规律，输出高质量的专题分析报告，直接驱动业务策略的迭代。
- 积极探索利用AI工具进行日常各项分析工作。
- 本科及以上学历，3-5年以上互联网/咨询/投行等相关领域的商业分析、经营分析或战略分析经验（有外卖、电商、O2O或出海经验者加分！）。
- 具备一定的市场盘点、竞争分析与用户调研经验，能够独立操盘定性/定量研究项目，对宏观趋势和行业动态有较强的敏锐度。
- 精通SQL，熟练使用Python/R等分析工具，能从海量且复杂的非标数据中抽丝剥茧。
- 具备较强的结构化思维和商业敏锐度，不沉溺于取数，而是能把数据翻译成“人话”和“业务动作”。
- 有要性和韧性，拥抱变化，能在模糊地带中找到确定性。
