## Job description
- 全面深入了解业务，与业务伙伴密切合作，深度参与业务发展与规划，高效支持业务决策和过程管理。
- 组织预算管理工作，建立具备前瞻性的经营分析体系与关键业财指标体系，不断完善各经营环节的价值链分析。
- 定期出具经营分析月报和专题分析，提供建设性、创新性的财务建议，完成经营会议跟踪和项目闭环财务管理。
- 建立业务运营风险控制机制，识别合同、项目、运营、合规等各类风险，并协同业务制定风险应对方案。
- 梳理财务标准流程并推动业务流程优化，规避业务经营风险持续提升业财沟通效率，为业务提供全方位的财务支持。
- 本科及以上学历，会计、财务相关专业，具备较全面的财会知识，熟悉财经税法等制度；
- 擅长财务分析，对数字敏感、强逻辑思维能力；
- 工作细致严谨，具备独立思考和判断能力,责任心和自驱力强;
- 具有较强的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力。
- 深度参与业务发展与规划，成长空间大。
- 与业务紧密协作，提升综合财务与业务洞察能力。
- 团队氛围好，结构简单，扁平管理。
