## Job description
- 负责基于AI技术优化公司产品的动态定价策略，结合机器学习模型与实时数据进行智能决策。
- 设计并迭代AI驱动的定价算法，提升价格敏感度预测、需求弹性分析与收益最大化能力。
- 协同数据科学、工程及产品团队，推动AI定价模型在业务场景中的落地与规模化应用。
- 监控AI模型运行效果，持续优化算法性能并确保定价策略的合规性与可解释性。 1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、经济学或相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上酒店管理系统产品或定价相关经验（例如CRS、RMS、PMS等系统），具备AI/ML在商业场景中的应用经验，互联网或科技企业背景优先。 3. 熟悉机器学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch）及数据分析工具（SQL、Python等），有定价模型开发经验者优先。 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维与跨团队协作能力，能推动AI技术与业务目标的高效结合。
- 主导AI定价策略从0到1的突破，直接影响业务核心营收指标。
- 接触海量真实商业数据，在复杂业务场景中验证和迭代前沿AI模型。
- 扁平化管理模式，快速积累行业影响力。
