## Job description
- Assist hiring manager in recruitment process management, including releasing recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.
- Assist in employee on-boarding procedures, including employee file management, training programme arrangement, etc.
- Assist in organising internal activities to enhance staff cohesion and teamwork spirit.
- Assist in dealing with the daily administrative affairs of employees to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resource management, administration or other related majors.
- Knowledge of recruitment process and administrative management, relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to bear certain work pressure.
- You can gain practical experience in the field of human resources and administration, laying a solid foundation for future employment.
- Participate in the company's recruitment activities and internal training programmes to expand interpersonal relationships and career development opportunities.
- You can work in an international corporate environment and meet talents from various industries, broadening your horizons and career development path.
