## Job description

参与客服领域新一代整体基于AI原生架构的设计与演进，确保系统具备卓越的性能、高可用性与灵活的可扩展性，为智能客服的长期发展奠定坚实的技术基石。 参与构建统一的AI基础设施，为客服行业不同系统，包括智能客服、人工客服、路由、质检、风控等提供坚实的技术底座。通过沉淀和抽象通用的模型服务、RAG组件、Agent框架等核心能力，从根源上解决重复建设与技术孤岛问题。 作为技术核心，负责攻克系统中的关键技术难题和性能瓶颈，并对团队成员进行技术指导，分享最佳实践，提升团队整体的AI工程能力和技术水平。 持续关注AI领域的前沿技术动态（如LLMs、多模态、Agent等），并能结合业务场景进行前瞻性思考，将创新技术驱动产品和架构的革新。
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业，优秀的代码能力，掌握常用编程语言和算法。
- 深入理解大语言模型的原理与架构，熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow，熟悉HuggingFace/LangChain等AI Agent开发框架，了解RAG系统工程实践，熟悉智能体技术的基本概念与应用场景，掌握深度学习/强化学习基本理论与方法。
- 在大模型领域，主导过有影响力的项目或论文者优先；熟悉大模型训练、RL算法者优先。
- 具备良好的团队协作能力与沟通能力，能够与跨学科团队紧密合作，共同推动项目进展。
- 有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。
- 参与前沿AI技术落地，直接推动智能客服领域的技术革新。
- 与算法团队深度合作，探索大模型在垂直场景的突破应用。
- 技术驱动型团队，提供充足资源支持技术探索与创新。
- 弹性工作制，注重结果导向与个人成长。
- 一线城市核心办公地点，提供行业竞争力薪酬与福利。
