## Job description
- 站点日常管理 自营站点日常人员招聘、人员排班、出勤管理和人员异常处置；制定新骑手留存计划，对老骑手进行关怀，提升骑手留存率；搭建站点管理团队，提升组织厚度
- 自营站点产能交付 承接业务的产能目标，根据产能需求调整骑手排班，跟进骑手出勤，追踪各渠道的人员供给情况；
- 自营站点体验交付 根据业务需求完成体验交付目标，处置订单异常和骑手异常，提升订单准时率；
- 市场信息了解和外部协同 监控站点范围内的竞争情况，上报竞争异动信息；向上沟通服务站，提升协同效率；
- 大学专科及以上学历，具备2年以上业务开发或渠道管理经验。
- 熟悉本地市场环境，具备良好的商务谈判与沟通能力。
- 具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够适应灵活的工作节奏。
- 有配送、物流或本地生活服务行业背景者优先。 1、在美团小象配送事业群重视人才培养的体系内获得良好的成长 2、极具前景的职业发展机会和广阔的发展空间
