## Job description

负责美团大模型业务创新产品的内容增长运营工作，围绕用户增长目标，制定并落地内容策略、传播方案及增长项目，持续提升产品的用户规模、活跃度、留存率与品牌影响力
- 具备完整的 C 端用户增长全链路操盘经验，熟悉拉新、激活、留存、转化等关键环节，能够独立制定并落地增长策略，对业务结果负责；有 AI Native 产品成功增长案例者优先。
- 热爱 AI，对国内外主流大模型、AIGC 产品及相关工具有深入理解，具备持续跟踪行业动态、学习新模型与新工具的习惯，并能够熟练运用 AI 提升内容生产、用户运营及项目协同效率。
- 熟悉主流媒体平台的投放逻辑、内容生态及传播渠道特性，具备优秀的内容判断力，对互联网热点、内容趋势、用户审美及传播规律保持敏锐，能够快速识别并策划具有传播潜力的内容选题。
- 对市场趋势、用户需求及行业动态保持高度敏感，具备较强的消费者洞察能力，能够将创意构想转化为可执行、可衡量的营销及增长方案；具备优秀的文案表达、方案策划与提案呈现能力。
- 具备较强的策略思维、数据分析能力和跨团队协作能力，能够通过数据发现问题、验证策略并持续优化，独立推进复杂项目，协调产品、研发、市场等相关团队，推动业务目标高质量落地。 全面负责和牵引前沿AI原生产品的内容运营工作
