## Job description
- 负责境外外卖业务Keeta智能客服AI平台产品建设，探索前沿的产品架构以保障智能客服策略可高效拓展和有效迭代；
- 负责某一具体方向的智能客服解决方案落地，通过洞察用户问题场景，设计和改进产品策略，为智能解决方案的满意度和覆盖率负责；
- 良好的团队合作能力，与全球业务运营、客服运营和开发等团队紧密合作，确保产品的开发、交付按时进行，保障产品的整体一致性和用户体验。
- 具备较强的同理心和感受力，对明确的目标做清晰可执行的方案拆解，协同横向团队拿结果的能力；
- 具备较好的产品功能抽象能力，审美能力，有用户体验、客户服务产品设计经验者优先；
- 需要5年以上互联网产品工作经验，同时具备C端和B端经验优先，具备平台经验优先，具备策略能力优先；
- 需要优秀的业务沟通能力，具备能快速的和不同业务方对齐认知，搭建长期合作流程的能力。
- 熟悉AI工具，能够熟练运用AI工具用于优化工作流。
- 海外新业务，有明确的成长空间和成长路径，有机会接触LLM在真实场景的大规模应用落地，紧随时代发展；
- 全面理解不同业务形态下，用户的体验问题，更全面的了解业务发展，适合想要进一步提升自己视野的同学。
- 团队配备完善的AI工具体系，鼓励成员将AI能力融入日常工作流，持续探索人机协作最佳实践。
