## Job description

1）将生鲜加工、库存管理以及品质管控相关的工作内容落实到团队生产管理过程； 2）对于原料供给变化情况，做出正确判断及时进行问题反馈及资源申请； 3）落实生鲜加工商品入库管理流程，并做好商品供应商的协调沟通工作； 4）做好一线员工的沟通和管理，并能够及时向团队进行信息传达和监督执行； 5）同团队做好业务指标定义解读，在所负责的模块落地业务策略要求，并通过现场管理方法达成业绩指标； 1）大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理专业优先； 2）具备3年以上大型生鲜零售、中央厨房相关工作经历和管理经验，30人以上团队管理经验优先； 3）表达逻辑清晰，现场管理帮助团队快速发现问题，并协助解决问题； 4）有较好的办公工具使用熟练，会基础数据处理能力。
