## Job description
- 结合O2O电商模式，以及所负责品类的行业情况，制定品类发展和运营策略，为品类GMV增长，费用投入负责；
- 基于行业策略，结合所负责运营品牌商的经营情况，与品牌商共同制定经营策略，完成品牌增长目标，并定期通过数据分析，业务洞察，策略优化实现可持续增长；
- 统筹品牌商在美团闪购的营销需求，最大化整合资源，与品牌商共同实现用户即时零售心智的打造，实现品牌方更高效率的获客，提频，复购等 1.3年以上工作经验，熟知个护、女护或美妆品牌商运营方式； 2.具有行业洞察，具体品类的用户洞察，以用户行为优化运营策略的经验； 3.性格坚韧，具有开拓者精神，擅长沟通谈判，自驱力强；
- 数据分析能力强、有持续学习能力，系统化框架化沉淀品类运营方法 即时零售行业前景广阔，提供品牌方视角的生意增长操盘经验。零售已成为美团战略核心，个护女护品在闪购上符合消费者心智，起步阶段期待你带来新的血液，共同增长。
