## Job description
- 负责自有品牌的品质管理体系搭建与优化，确保产品符合相关法规及公司标准。
- 制定并执行品类商品的品质检验流程、抽检方案及供应商审核机制，把控从开发到交付的全链路质量。
- 协同采购、研发及供应链团队，推动品质问题整改与预防，提升商品整体质量水平。
- 建立并维护品质数据监控体系，定期输出质量分析报告，为业务决策提供支持。
- 跟进市场反馈与客诉，快速响应并推动闭环处理，降低质量风险。 1. 大学本科及以上学历、化工、材料、质量管理等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上品质管理相关工作经验，有零售、电商或快消行业非食类商品质量管理背景。 3. 熟悉国内外商品相关法规标准，具备供应商质量管理及审核经验。 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力、沟通协调能力及问题解决能力。 5. 工作严谨细致，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力。

- 与多部门协同合作，提升跨职能项目管理与资源整合能力。
