## Job description
- 负责快乐猴品牌在成都市的门店工程营建规划、实施与验收，确保项目按时保质交付。
- 统筹门店装修、机电、消防等工程方案的设计与优化，控制成本并提升施工效率。
- 管理工程供应商及承包商，监督施工过程，确保符合安全、质量及品牌标准。
- 协同营运团队推进新店开业及老店改造项目，保障工程进度与门店运营无缝衔接。
- 建立并完善工程管理制度与标准流程，提升团队专业能力与项目执行力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，建筑、土木工程、工程管理等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上连锁零售或餐饮行业工程营建管理经验，有完整项目落地经验。
- 熟悉装修、机电、消防等工程规范，具备较强的成本控制和现场管理能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效管理内外部团队及供应商资源。
- 工作责任心强，能适应阶段性出差及高强度工作安排。
- 加入快速成长的本土品牌，参与门店规模化扩张的核心环节。
- 拥有充分的工程管理自主权，推动标准化与创新实践落地。
- 提供完善的职业发展通道与跨部门协作机会。
- 工作地点位于厦门核心区域，办公环境优良，团队氛围积极。
