## Job description

通过直客或渠道合作的形式，销售美团履约设施标准媒体资源，并透过整合营销形式扩大自有媒体销售规模。
- 负责开发品牌客户（快消、医药行业服务经验优先），通过挖掘客户需求并利用外部资源和营销手段提供解决方案，与客户建立长期合作关系；
- 负责外部推广渠道拓展，建立销售资源池；
- 负责客户账款应收管理，保障项目执行、验收与交付；
- 根据业绩指标，建立销售计划并达成考核，交付结果。
- 对行业市场现状较为了解，有品牌资源优先，能有效锁定目标客户，进行需求深挖；
- 有3-5年整合营销、品牌推广等品牌广告销售经验，能够策划或执行相关大型线上线下活动；
- 对于时下事件营销和品牌热点具备较高的敏锐度，能够将创新营销思维应用到实际客户开发和项目策划当中；营销认知度强，根据自有资源可定制组合资源包（资源整合推介）；
- 熟练掌握办公工具使用，具备广告营销项目基础方案撰写和策划引导能力；
- 良好的沟通能力，准确获取目标客户需求商机并具备一定解决方案的制定能力；
- 强烈的业绩导向，能高效推进销售全流程，具备出色的谈判和闭环能力。 内部渠道及媒体资源丰富，整合营销机会多，可快速提升多元媒体营销视野； 业务处于高速发展期，提供职业晋升和能力拓展的双重空间。
