## Job description
- 负责PC加工车间的日常运营管理，确保生产计划按时完成。
- 组织并协调20人团队的工作安排，监督加工流程的质量与效率。
- 制定并优化PC加工工艺标准，推动生产流程持续改进。
- 负责团队培训与绩效考核，提升员工技能与工作积极性。
- 配合仓储与物流部门，保障原材料供应与成品出库顺畅。
- 大学专科及以上学历，物流、仓储、制造或相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上PC加工或相关制造行业工作经验。
- 熟悉PC加工流程及质量控制标准，具备现场管理能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理经验，能带领20人团队高效运作。
- 工作认真负责，具备较强的业务能力与问题解决能力。
- 工作地点位于北京市，交通便利，办公环境优良。
- 提供完善的培训体系与职业发展通道。
- 团队氛围积极，注重员工成长与激励机制。
