## Job description

### 搭产品体系
- 负责商家营销产品体系的规划与建设，围绕商家经营全链路打造可自助使用的增长工具与数据服务；

### 解商家诉求
- 深入调研商家在营销与经营中的核心诉求，设计AI驱动的商家增长解决方案，降低使用门槛、提升经营效率；

### 推能力外化
- 推动内部增长能力（广告投放、AIGC创意、GEO营销等）向商家侧开放与产品化，让美团商家用上AI增长工具；

### 拿增长结果
- 与C端增长团队、算法团队、业务线紧密协作，构建从数据到效果的闭环链路，让营销有结果、让商家能信赖。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品经理经验，有B端/商家侧/平台型产品经验者优先；
- 对大模型/AI搜索/生成式AI有深入理解，有AI产品落地经验者优先；能独立完成AI场景的需求拆解与方案设计；
- 优秀的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能在复杂业务场景中推动多方达成共识、拿到结果；
- 对AI变革充满热情，有强烈的探索欲和自驱力，能在不确定环境中主动定义问题、找到方向。 处于AI驱动增长的核心位置，操盘亿级预算的商家营销产品体系，主导GEO等增长新能力向商家侧产品化输出。团队扁平、决策快，能同时积累AI Agent真实落地经验和跨业务线平台架构能力，是AI PM方向中少有的技术深度与商业广度兼备的成长机会。
