## Job description
- 基于行业视角，识别下沉市场消费医疗业务（口腔、眼镜、专科等品类）的增长机会；
- 负责下沉市场消费医疗业务的策略制定与落地（供给、用户、商业化等），为业务的供给上翻、GTV增长及财收负责；
- 负责前线作业团队的销售管理工作，包括目标制定、目标拆解、过程监控及绩效管理等；
- 协同产品、商分、商管等内外部相关团队，借助AI工具解决业务推进中的各类问题。
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上销售运营或业务运营经验，有消费医疗相关背景优先；
- 熟练掌握商家运营、供给策略等相关方法论，能提供过往成功案例参考；
- 具备独立的业务判断和策略制定能力，能推进业务策略落地执行;
- 数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑分析能力；
- 擅长跨部门协作，沟通表达能力强。 1. 参与下沉市场核心业务，直接推动业务增长，具备操盘业务的机会和空间； 2. 团队氛围开放，鼓励创新。
