## Job description
- 负责酒店从签约到上线过程中的全链路合作，包含活动策划、方案制定及其他日常运营工作；
- 通过电话沟通与酒店达成合作，并协调内部不同部门和资源解决酒店客户问题；
- 进行新商家拓展，发展新商家与美团酒店业务的合作
- 维护现有商家的发展，帮助现有商家做方案优化，提高商家销量。
- 较强的自我管理能力，优秀的表达能力和沟通技巧；
- 有极强的责任心和服务意识，富有团队合作精神；
- 有较强的学习能力，善于总结和发现问题；
- 有酒店行业、电商行业及互联网从业经验者优先。 1.面对不同商家，增强销售能力和解决问题的能力，并可以让你对酒店行业有更全面、更深入的了解； 2.有机会和公司共同成长，个人综合能力将随业务发展及需求变化不断提升。
