## Job description

### 快速搭建BD团队
- 负责招聘、培养和管理销售团队，建立高绩效团队，并制定并执行相关策略、资源分配等，以实现团队的快速成长；

### 执行公司的销售策略及政策
- 负责执行公司的销售策略和政策，通过日常闭环管理跟踪业务进展，带领团队达成业绩目标；

### 与内外部部门协作
- 与横向协同部门紧密配合，及时解决销售工作中的各类问题，并持续改进和优化销售流程。

### 学历要求
- 大专及以上学历；

### 销售管理经验
- 至少有3年以上销售管理经验，有C端销售管理经验者优先考虑；

### 学习能力和执行力
- 具备强烈的学习能力，能承受压力，精力充沛，具备在压力下出色完成任务的能力；

### 良好的沟通协调能力
- 具备出色的沟通与协调能力，能够与团队成员和其他部门有效合作，达成共同目标。 1、美团销售管理成熟方法论学习与能力提升； 2、美团小象新业务，快速发展阶段，晋升空间大。
