## Job description
- 负责闪购便利店前置仓美妆品类的商品运营整体规划和执行；
- 根据业务特性组建货盘并不断迭代优化，结合品类特性制定商品运营策略，并结合平台资源进行推广落地，提升销售和转化，为销售结果负责；
- 负责品类的供应链搭建，开发供应商，与供应商进行价格等合同条款谈判，以获得有优势的采购政策，与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系，确保商品供应链的稳定和优质；
- 与其他相关部门协同，共同为经营单位经营结果负责。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 至少5年以上品类采销经验，具备较强的业务理解能力和市场敏感度，熟悉货盘规划选品、商品供应链搭建及管理、供应商管理、商品运营等工作流程及内容；
- 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够与内外部团队有效沟通合作，推动工作事项顺利进行；
- 具备一定的业务探索拓展能力。 有机会参与即时零售业务开拓和发展，为公司业务增长做出重要贡献，提升自己的业务操盘视角和能力。
