## Job description
- 根据团队销售任务制定本部门的销售策略及计划，贯彻执行公司的销售策略及流程；
- 制定城市策略，具备计划能力，通过数据分析敏锐发现市场变化，并制定有效的应对策略；
- 与公司各部门高效沟通，处理例外情况，合理分配和协调资源；
- 建立人员培养和员工辅导机制，储备人才，推动团队梯队化建设；
- 高度认同公司文化和价值观，以身作则传递企业文化。 1、3年以上互联网公司销售团队管理经验优先； 2、个性开朗，学习能力强，适应互联网行业快速发展，精力充沛，具备出色执行力； 3、热爱销售，积极乐观，有强烈成功欲望和企图心； 4、具备优秀的人际沟通和逻辑思维能力，思维敏捷，擅长打造高效执行团队； 5、为人正直，以公司利益为重，掌握基本AI工具以提升工作效率。 1、拥有城市管理自主权，可自主制定策略和达成路径； 2、发展空间广阔，可晋升至更大团队或城市，也可横向调至不同业务部门。
