## Job description
- 负责骑行体验产品的规划与设计，深入理解用户需求，优化骑行全链路体验。
- 协同商分、研发、设计、运营等团队，推动产品功能落地并持续迭代。
- 分析用户行为数据与市场趋势，制定产品策略并提升用户满意度与留存。
- 关注行业动态，探索创新功能。
- 大学本科及以上学历，3年以上产品相关工作经验，有出行或软硬件结合产品背景优先。
- 具备较强的用户洞察力与数据分析能力，能独立推动项目闭环。
- 熟悉产品从需求调研到上线的全流程，具备良好的跨团队协作能力。
- 逻辑清晰，责任心强，对骑行或户外运动有热情者优先。
- 有AI相关实践和成果者优先。
- 参与打造千万级用户使用的骑行产品，直接影响用户体验。
- 商分、产品职能兼有的团队，快速提升产品对业务判断能力。
- 团队氛围好，鼓励创新与自我驱动。
