## Job description
- 结合业务目标、外部环境变化及法律合规需求，形成对业务有效的法律风险控制方案，如业务全国各区域运营、数据合规、信息安全、广告合规等风险评估；
- 参与业务的产品设计，评估法律风险和提出法律建议，能运用自己的专业知识通过合同、流程、机制、培训等多种路径，帮助实现业务目标；
- 支持业务硬件（整车、零部件、电池等）采购、供应链管理、产品研发等项目风险评估，合同支持以及纠纷事件处置；
- 支持业务各链路发生的争议纠纷、突发事件、行政处罚风险等；
- 业务政策、立法跟踪、分析解读并向业务输出指导意见；
- 整合法务团队内外部资源，协调多个部门，完成重点专项的推进与落地。
- 有耐心，能够熟练进行法律风险咨询和评估，有应对突发事件经验；
- 执行力强，善于沟通，愿意配合团队完成任务；
- 通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，法学本科及以上学历；
- 有5年以上公司法务或律师工作经验，熟悉硬件、有产品质量纠纷处置经验或诉讼经验优先。 业务多元、有机会接触前沿商业模式，团队氛围活泼
