## Job description
- 参与美团LongCat大模型基座团队的AI人才招聘，负责从简历开源到offer沟通全流程。
- 负责境内外高校对接，主要围绕AI相关实验室，和实验室老师同学建立紧密联系。
- 策划落地国际计算机学术会议（CVPR/ACL/ICLR等）参会方案，用你的创意为公司吸引优秀人才。
- 充分利用AI工具，探索如何高效精准的识别和吸引最优秀AI人才的方式。
- 对AI充满热情，相信AI可以改变生活。
- AI动手能力极强，能手搓Agent，能用AI的方式改善招聘流程，提升效率和质量。
- 有创意，不设限，有产品思维，能够从用户视角通过AI工具设计校招产品。
