## Job description
- 根据业务的服务场景和知识，设计制定大模型机器人的解决方案，确保用户体验的连贯性和有效性。
- 与产品、算法、运营、业务方保持协同，制定业务规划、梳理需求MRD文档，参与需求和方案评审及讲解，共同优化模型及agent体验效果。
- 基于数据分析评估各业务的产品功能使用情况并调整运营策略，设计合理的工具系统产品方案并落地。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上客户服务行业经验。
- 有agent搭建，AI数据生产和评估相关领域背景、对主流大模型有一定了解。技能项至少具备其一（模型训练SFT，评测，数据处理 or prompt工程、大模型产品经验）；
- 熟练使用数据分析工具，具备数据获取、分类和分析能力；
- 能准确理解业务诉求，对数据变化敏锐，能通过独到的视角或科学的方法发现并解决问题，推动业务指标达成和策略落地； 1.
