## Job description
- 依据业务发展阶段，针对重点场景进行治理策略的设计及落地，对最终治理效果负责；
- 能够通过数据、场景及各渠道信息定位问题根因并针对性制定策略；
- 通过日常治理工作，沉淀治理通用能力及数据基础能力，完善治理体系基础能力建设。
- 大学本科或以上学历，有大型互联网平台相关工作经验者优先；
- 对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析及数据挖掘能力；
- 平台及用户视角兼备，考虑业务长期发展，平衡风险控制与收益；
- 具备较强的沟通能力和同理心；
- 积极乐观，认同公司价值观并努力践行。 1. 在平台治理领域有全链路落地场景，岗位职责贯穿业务全链路; 2. 对个人挑战度高，职业发展成长速度快。
