## Job description
- 负责美团外卖配送业务在辖区内配送合作商的选、用、育、留等工作；
- 负责美团外卖配送渠道政策在辖区内配送合作商的贯彻执行；
- 对辖区内合作商进行有效支持、培训、管理，提升合作商的配送订单总数、运力招聘、配送效率及用户体验等；
- 协调外卖业务团队和配送合作商之间的配合，提升配送订单和用户体验；
- 对合作商的整体配送行为进行质量管理和监控，杜绝虚假；
- 协同总部推动新业务或新项目的推广工作；
- 负责辖区内突发事件及异常事故的协调处理工作；
- 有渠道开发管理或配送业务管理经历；
- 熟悉互联网产品的渠道合作商特点；
- 出色的人际沟通能力、团队协作精神与团队建设能力；
- 有外卖行业、配送行业管理经验者优先考虑； 业务发展空间较大，团队作战兵力强，个人可得到很好的职业历练
