## Job description
- 基于用户、时空环境场景划分，联动业务、供给、运营、研发等团队，整体推动推荐场景的人货场匹配效率，提升团交易规模
- 深入分析用户需求和场景，制定推荐策略的迭代方案，提升推荐效果和用户体验。
- 负责推荐策略产品的设计与优化，提升用户推荐内容的精准度与用户体验。
- 关注行业动态趋势，同时关注AI在推荐领域的应用，探索创新推荐模式，提升产品影响力。 1. 5年以上产品经验，具备本地生活、电商、推荐策略、AI在推荐系统中应用等相关背景优先。 2. 熟悉推荐系统基本原理，了解协同过滤、深度学习等常见算法。 3.有大型独立负责的策略专项，并获得明确项目增量收益。 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，能敏锐发现问题和准确归因。
- 结果导向、热爱思考、良好的横向沟通协同能力。
- 有AI工具的应用相关的经验，能借助AI能力做产品设计及提效优化的解决方案。
- 深度参与AI驱动的亿级用户推荐系统建设，直接影响平台核心指标与用户体验。
- 鼓励AI创新实验，提供资源支持探索生成式推荐、个性化大模型等方向。
- 扁平化管理，有足够的空间探索交易增量的机会，成长空间大。
