## Job description
- 负责合作方的招募、评估与签约，推动门店网络扩张目标的达成。
- 制定并优化合作管理体系，包括政策、流程、标准及培训支持。
- 监督合作门店的日常运营，确保其符合品牌标准与服务质量要求。
- 带领团队定期巡店、评估绩效，并提供运营改进建议与支持。
- 协调总部与合作方之间的沟通，解决合作过程中的问题，维护良好合作关系。
- 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上连锁酒店/餐饮/零售行业合作管理经验，有成功案例者优先。
- 熟悉合作体系搭建与运营，具备较强的谈判与沟通能力。
- 具备团队管理经验，能带领多人团队高效执行任务。
- 工作城市为北京市或上海市，能适应高频次出差。
- 参与品牌全国化扩张战略，发挥关键推动作用。
- 提供完善的培训体系与职业发展通道。
- 团队氛围开放，鼓励创新与结果导向。
- 具有市场竞争力的薪酬与激励机制。
- 与行业优质企业合作，积累高端资源与经验。
