## Job description
- 供应链规划 负责选品/SKU规划，如供应商的画像及分布；
- 非食品类产品开发 主导自用（购物袋、缠绕膜、生鲜包装、设备等）产品从立项到交付全流程管理，协同设计、品控、法务完成产品开发，管理模具/版权/配方等知识产权；
- 技术标准制定 制定品类产品技术规格书（材质、工艺、性能指标），主导产品选型、定型，输出企业内部管理标准，跟踪行业法规和国标动态，确保产品合规（如 GB 21660、GB 9685 等）；
- 供应商管理 供应商开发、评估、准入及分级管理，主导工艺审核（工厂审厂、产线评估），推动供应商降本、质量改善和工艺升级；
- 采购履约 制定年度采购计划，完成品类降本目标，参与供应商合同谈判、价格机制、市场调研和价格竞争性评估，保供管理，应对供应链异常。

### 背景
- OEM/制造业/零售业采购背景，熟悉产品开发流程

### 经验
- 5年以上品类采购经验，有包材、仓储设备等产品开发落地经验

### 技术能力
- 能看懂工艺/材料规格，具备一定产品技术判断力

### 供应链
- 熟悉供应商开发、工厂审核、品质管控

### 谈判
- 具备较强商务谈判能力，有规模降本案例 1. 深度参与供应链数字化转型，接触智能采购决策系统、供应商数据化评估平台与质量风控体系，从传统供应链管理向 "数据驱动+智能决策"模式 升级，稀缺复合型管理路径。 2. 与采购、技术、质量、财务等多团队深度协作，培养 "供应链管理+数据决策+团队领导"三维综合能力 。
