## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责生鲜产地初级农产品的采收、暂存、装车、运输等工作的全程品控管理；
- 对生鲜种殖基地的采收涉及产品的标准要求进行培训和采后全过程技术输出、监督指导；
- 有计划及重点地监控生鲜基地种殖产品的食品安全工作，确保采收产品的安全性；
- 协调合作方确保产品符合采收标准和采收数量、质量等要求，及时完成订单产品发货；
- 对产地基地源头发现的品质波动，及时与部门内各团队沟通协调，确保上下游标准统一；
- 及时准确地向上级汇报基地采购产品的相关信息，积极配合领导安排的相关工作。 1、可适应全国高频出差； 2、大专及以上学历，农学、园艺或食品相关专业； 3、3年及以上生鲜互联网或零售行业品质管理或传统食品加工制造业的品质管理或蔬果方面种植或采销专家； 4、具备较强的执行力、逻辑分析、业务理解以及沟通能力； 5、良好的学习能力、团队合作能力。 团队好；成长空间大；全面了解新零售业务的品质管理，深入产地了解商品特性；
