## Job description
- 负责酒饮类商品的采购策略制定与执行，确保商品结构优化及库存健康。
- 深度挖掘并拓展优质供应商资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
- 分析市场趋势与消费者需求，推动新品引入及品类升级。
- 协同运营、营销团队制定促销计划，提升销售转化与毛利表现。
- 监控采购成本与供应链效率，持续优化采购流程与风险控制。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备5年以上酒饮或快消品行业采购经验。
- 熟悉酒饮行业市场动态、价格体系及供应链管理流程。
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力与供应商管理能力。
- 数据分析能力强，能基于数据驱动采购决策。
- 工作地点为北京市或上海市，能适应一定频率的出差。
- 加入快速发展的自营业务团队，拥有广阔的职业成长空间。
- 深度参与品类战略规划，发挥专业影响力。
- 扁平化管理，高效协作的团队氛围。
