## Job description
- 负责品类商品的日常运营，包括商品选品、定价策略、库存管理及促销规划。
- 分析品类销售数据与市场趋势，制定并优化品类发展策略，提升销售转化与毛利率。
- 协同供应链、采购及物流团队，保障商品供应稳定性与周转效率。
- 监控商品动态与行业变化，输出品类洞察报告，支持业务决策。
- 大学本科及以上学历，6年以上商品运营或供应链管理相关工作经验。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力。
- 熟悉电商或零售行业品类运营逻辑，有成功品类增长案例者优先。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作经验，能独立推动项目落地。
- 参与核心品类战略规划，具备广阔的成长空间与业务影响力。
- 团队氛围开放，鼓励创新与数据驱动决策。
- 工作地点位于北京核心商圈，交通便利，办公环境优越。
