## Job description
- 负责冻禽类自有品牌（PB）商品的采购策略制定与执行，确保供应链稳定及成本优化。
- 深度分析冻禽市场趋势、价格波动及供应商资源，建立并维护优质供应商体系。
- 协同商品、品控及物流团队，把控产品质量、交付时效及库存周转效率。
- 推动冻禽PB商品的开发与迭代，提升商品竞争力和市场份额。
- 大学专科及以上学历，供应链管理、食品科学、农业经济等相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上冻禽或生鲜类商品采购经验，熟悉冻禽产业链及采购流程。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力、谈判技巧及跨部门协作能力。
- 工作城市为北京市，能适应阶段性出差及供应链现场考察。
- 参与自有品牌战略建设，直接影响商品方向与市场表现。
- 与行业头部供应商深度合作，积累优质资源与行业洞察。
- 扁平化管理环境，提供快速成长与专业能力拓展空间。
