## Job description
- 团队建设与管理
- 组建并管理点评 AI Builder 团队；
- 明确团队能力模型，建立 Agent 工程、AI 工具集成、Prompt 工程、AI 评测等方向的梯队建设；
- 推动团队文化建设，打造务实、自驱、开放、追求卓越的工程师团队。
- 面向业务的 Agent 工具建设
- 深入了解点评各业务团队的工作流程和痛点；
- 设计和建设面向业务团队的通用 Agent 交互平台，支持低代码/无代码创建、调试、部署 AI Agent，让非技术同学也能轻松使用 AI 能力；
- 建设各类AI agent应用层能力。
- 业务工作流程识别与 AI 提效
- 深度与业务、产品、运营高频共创，系统性梳理各团队的核心工作流程；
- 识别适合 AI 介入的环节，评估提效潜力和实施路径；
- 结合公司内部 AI 工具和外部 AI 能力，设计并落地提效方案；
- 推动“人用工具 → 工具找人”的主动服务型产品能力转变。
- Agentic 架构与技术体系建设
- 设计、实现和维护先进的 Agentic System，结合 Agentic RAG、Cognitive Architecture、Agentic Workflow 等前沿技术；
- 解决在多模态模型、多 Agent 协作场景下的可扩展性和可靠性问题；
- 完成存量 Tools/系统的低成本集成，支持业务团队自建 Skill 和 workflow；
- 结合 CodeAgent 和 Spec Coding 模式，降低 AI 应用的构建门槛。
- 数据与知识体系建设
- 保证底层数据口径统一，面向 Agent 友好；
- 提供方便的企业数据集成和查询能力；
- 低成本完成知识库的生产、管理、消费流程，保证知识无过时、冲突、冗余；
- 完善基于测评驱动的 AI 应用生产流程，快速评估 LLM 和 Agent 效果。
- 模型能力与 AI 生态建设
- 周期性进行 SOTA 模型评测，根据场景选择高性价比模型；
- 协同训练师团队完成模型所需的训练数据生产、标注任务；
- 跟踪内外部 AI 工具生态，评估并引入适合点评场景的 AI 能力。 1. 5年+ 研发或 AI 应用相关经验，有团队管理经验（50人+）； 2. 对 Agentic System 有扎实的理解，熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、CrewAI 等框架； 3. 精通 AI Coding，有 Spec Coding 实践经验； 4. 曾直接与业务方合作，深入了解业务需求，并能将业务语言转化为技术方案； 5. 出色的沟通和跨团队协作能力，能够有效推动技术方案在业务方的落地； 6. 在构建可靠、可扩展、高性能系统方面有良好判断力，关注交付质量和工程体验；
- 对 AI 技术趋势有敏锐洞察，能快速学习和应用新工具、新框架。
- 参与核心AI能力建设，推动技术在真实业务场景中的规模化应用。
- 与技术团队协作，接触前沿AI技术与海量数据资源。
- 工作地点灵活，支持北京或上海办公。
