## Job description
- 负责公司业务活动的合规性审查，确保符合市场合规相关法律法规及行业合规要求。
- 跟踪并分析市场合规相关政策动态，及时评估对公司业务的影响并提出应对建议。
- 制定并完善市场合规管理制度与流程，推动合规管理工作落地。
- 处理市场合规相关案事件。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，法律、公共管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上市场合规、公共事务或公司事务相关工作经验，有互联网或科技企业背景者优先。
- 熟悉中国市场合规相关法律法规。
- 具备较强的政策分析能力、沟通协调能力和独立解决问题的能力。
- 参与公司核心业务合规体系建设，发挥专业影响力。
- 与高层及多部门协同合作，提升跨领域综合能力。
- 工作地点位于北京核心商务区，办公环境优越。
- 提供具有竞争力的薪酬与完善的职业发展通道。
