## Job description

负责搜索重混排模型的设计与优化。在容器混排框架下，以GE（Generative）范式为核心，重点探索生成式重排与Listwise建模方法，实现容器内商品的最优排列，驱动业务核心指标提升；同时推动AutoResearch能力在排序迭代中的落地应用，系统性提升实验效率与模型演进速度。
- 3年及以上搜索/推荐/广告排序算法经验
- 有容器混排、Listwise建模、生成式重排等方向的实际落地经验
- 能独立完成从方案设计、离线验证到线上部署的全流程闭环
- 熟练掌握TensorFlow/PyTorch等主流深度学习框架 岗位直接服务外卖的高优先级目标，搜索流量规模大、业务链路长且系统复杂，对模型效果、实时性和稳定性都有极高要求；同时聚焦容器混排、生成式重排、Listwise、AutoResearch 等前沿方向，能够在大规模真实业务中完成从技术探索到线上收益验证的闭环，成长空间和个人影响力都很大。
