## Job description
- 负责财务领域中预算/管报系统及业财数据相关的产品规划与设计，支持财务数据的高效归集、加工与展示。
- 深入理解财务核算、管理会计及合规要求，对接财务、业务及IT部门，梳理需求并输出高质量产品文档，推动产品及项目落地；协同技术团队，构建财务数据分析模型，提升数据洞察能力与自动化水平；负责追踪产品运营效果，推动财务分析产品在业务分析决策和业务流程的应用，提升决策和管理效率。
- 跟踪行业趋势与产品动态，持续优化产品策略，提升产品竞争力。 1、5年以上产品相关工作经验，具备财务系统、管报平台或数据分析产品设计经验。 2、熟悉财务核算流程、管理报表体系及数据治理规范，具备跨部门协作能力。 3、熟练使用产品原型工具，具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和项目管理能力，推动复杂项目落地。
- 熟悉数据仓库基础知识，能独立编写SQL，具备数据资产梳理和指标体系建设经验；
- 了解大模型应用方向，有NL2SQL、知识库、Agent等AI产品落地经验者优先；
- 参与企业级财务数字化核心系统建设，属于公司财务平台重点关注建设方向，影响力覆盖全公司业务。
- 与财务、数据、技术等多领域专家协作，拓展专业视野。
- 工作地点灵活，支持北京、上海双城办公。
