## Job description
- 负责南部战区业务开发工作，制定并实施业务拓展计划。
- 管理团队成员，指导他们完成销售任务，提升业绩。
- 负责与客户沟通，了解客户需求，推动业务发展。
- 协调内部资源，确保项目顺利进行。
- 大学专科及以上学历，具备相关专业背景。
- 具备3年以上业务开发或销售经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
- 具备较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力。
- 熟悉南部战区市场，有良好的客户资源者优先。
- 可以在南部战区这个高发展地区展示自己的能力，获得更多的发展机会。
- 有机会带领团队完成挑战性的业务目标，实现个人和团队的成长。
- 公司提供良好的晋升机制和薪酬福利，帮助员工实现职业发展目标。
