## Job description
- 优化运营团队管理及人才梯队建设，共识团队目标并能过监督落地执行；
- 有成本意识，能够结合区域特性分析成本结构并有优化路径，对降本增效进行有效落地；
- 能够建立良好的政企合作关系，协助发展部配合治理者制定行业管理办法，做好相关需求响应。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上运营管理/团队管理经验；
- 具备一定的数据分析能力和结构化思考总结能力，善于利用AI工具提升工作效率；
- 有物流/出行/即时配送/自动驾驶相关行业背景优先。
- 参与前沿无人车技术在本地商业化落地的核心业务；
- 拥有较大的业务自主权与成长空间，直接对区域业务结果负责；
- 提供完善的培训体系与职业发展通道。
