## Job description
- 深度参与LongCat基模Agent能力优化，包括但不限于以DeepSearch、DeepResearch等为代表的Search Agent能力，以及以生活服务等为代表的真实世界复杂任务上的Agentic能力

### 跟进大模型的前沿技术，包括但不限于
- Mid-Train、SFT、GRM、PRM、RLVR、Agentic RL、Agent自进化、Context管理/Memory等，在LongCat模型上做出创新性的研究成果
- 结合大模型全模态能力，探索下一代大模型+Agent+搜索的新的技术和产品范式
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理等相关领域优先；
- 优秀的编程能力，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架，同时具备极强的AI Coding意识和能力；
- 熟悉深度学习和LLM相关的算法和技术，具备丰富的模型训练调优经验；
- 出色的分析和解决问题能力，具备极强的自驱力，能够独立地开展前沿研究工作
- 有ACL/NeurIPS等顶会论文者优先，有ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先
- 丰富的研发经验，参与公司核心产品的研发和优化。
- 充足的GPU资源用于实验探索。
- 提供优厚的薪资福利和良好的晋升空间。
