## Job description
- 深入了解美团多业务对广告投放产品的目标和使用诉求，从业务发展角度出发提炼需求并设计通用方案，建设满足美团多业务x多流量渠道的全链路的广告投放产品平台，深度结合 AI 技术，持续提升平台工具产品的自动化能力和易用性；
- 参与投放 Agent 的功能设计，完成高质量的产品设计方案与需求文档撰写；高效协调设计、技术、算法等跨部门团队，推动需求从规划到上线；
- 协同上下游业务，开发、设计、保障产品稳定性和效率，平衡不同业务方诉求和平台目标
- 本科或研究生在读，专业不限，有产品实习经验者优先；
- 对大模型、广告投放有基本了解者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能高效配合产品、运营等多角色推进事务 1、深入美团核心业务场景，零距离学习渠道增长与营销产品的实战方法论。 2、与资深产品经理协作，探索AI+营销的前沿应用方向，获得创新项目实践机会。
