## Job description
- Own the User Growth roadmap, with a focus on increasing the active user base through acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and higher order frequency.
- Drive user acquisition and reactivation across key Performance Marketing channels, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a clear understanding of each channel’s impact on traffic, conversion, users, and orders.
- Build a bottom-up growth strategy by translating Food growth targets into key user and funnel drivers, including traffic, registrations, new users, active users, conversion, retention, and frequency.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly user and traffic performance, identifying gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve growth against business targets.
- Apply strong Performance Marketing knowledge across channel mix, audience strategy, CAC, conversion, and ROI to improve acquisition efficiency and overall user growth.
- Work closely with CRM and Partnerships teams to strengthen the user journey across onboarding, activation, repeat purchase, retention, and reactivation.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics and Product teams to ensure clear visibility of traffic, acquisition, conversion, cohort performance, retention, and overall user growth.
- Identify the right growth channels and initiatives based on business needs and market opportunities, including branding, ground activations, and Out-of-Home (OOH), to support user acquisition and market growth.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. 10+ years of experience in user growth or product operations, with international market background preferred.
- Proven senior team management experience, having led teams of 10+ members and delivered significant growth results.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, with strong data-driven insights and strategy formulation capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic language ability is a plus, adapting to Dubai's multicultural work environment.
