## Job description

将总部策略转化为区域可执行的落地方案，根据市场反馈动态调整，对区域连锁品牌拓展及经营目标的达成负责； 主导关键品牌/关键项目的突破，必要时亲自下场操盘，从实践中提炼可复用的方法论，向更大范围输出经验； 搭建团队能力培养体系，提升团队整体的作战能力；搭建团队内部的信息共享和协作机制，推动跨部门协同效率提升； 具备连锁品牌拓展或商品采购的管理经验，有从0到1搭建团队或开拓市场的经历； 具备目标拆解、过程管理、跨部门协同能力，能通过数据追踪团队进展并及时干预； 能够运用 AI工具提升产出效率与质量，主动探索AI在本岗位的应用； 诚信正直，自我驱动力强，愿意接受挑战，对工作结果交付具有责任心。 深度参与品牌方经营，从采购到运营全链路操盘； 配备前沿AI工具与资源，在AI时代持续提升竞争力、加速职业成长。
